The reason for starting this company evolved over many years of consulting, developing marketing plans, business plans, sales plans for my own companies and over 50 other small businesses.
As a successful participant in many small and medium sized businesses of my own over the years. My career includes a variety of top management positions in engineering, sales, marketing, general management, president, in various fields.
I began full-time consulting in 1989 after I realized that I was a "House Builder" not a "House Keeper". After my businesses were operating profitably, I was anxious to move on to a new challenge and leave the day to day operations to someone else. I have helped numerous businesses grow since then.
Early in my consulting career, I realized that perhaps the most vexing problem for YOU (the small business) was developing your business so that it grows continuously. To do this means continual, consistent marketing, even when you are busy doing what you do to make money (keeping the pipeline full).
Most, start their business based on some skill, training or experience, develop new business through word of mouth, sporadic advertising or networking. They are not consistent, therefore results are mostly unsatisfactory.
Why? Because they have little or no skills or experience in sales and marketing. Methods of generating business are not consistent and ongoing.
